HACCP LISTING OFFICER
The State shall appoint:
- a State NCIMS HACCP Listing Officer who has attended the 11/99 pilot training.
If this person is not a State Rating Officer, the State NCIMS listing shall:
- be jointly conducted by a certified plant rating officer who has attended 11/99 training.
